Don’t let the shape fool you — this is serious craftsmanship. Solid maple, hand-cut and sanded, finished with food-safe mineral oil and beeswax for a silky-smooth surface that’s safe for cheese, charcuterie, fruit, and whatever else the party needs. Style him classy with figs and brie. Or load him up with salami. You decide.

Care
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Dry immediately. Treat occasionally with cutting board oil to keep him looking fresh. Don’t put Richard in the dishwasher — he doesn’t like it.
Each Richard is cut, sanded, and finished by hand. Because of natural wood grain, no two are exactly alike — each one is unique, just like in nature.
